Welcome to The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show! By attending this show, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Age Restrictions: Only adults 13 years of age or older may volunteer to be hypnotized live on stage during the show. Children 12 and under can enjoy the show from the audience but may not volunteer to be hypnotized on stage.
2. Participation and Responsibility: By volunteering to be hypnotized on stage, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and assume full responsibility for any outcomes or effects of the hypnosis. You also agree to follow the instructions of the hypnotist and show personnel at all times.
3. Photography and Videography: The show may be recorded and/or photographed for promotional purposes, including but not limited to audience shots and live DVD/Video sales. By attending the show, you consent to being photographed or recorded and allow The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show to use any footage or images for promotional purposes without compensation or notification.
4. Disclaimer: The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show is for entertainment purposes only, and is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The show is not recommended for individuals suffering from mental or physical health issues, including but not limited to epilepsy, high blood pressure, and heart conditions. By attending the show, you agree that you are responsible for your own physical and mental health and will not hold The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show liable for any adverse reactions or outcomes that may occur.
5. Code of Conduct: The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show reserves the right to remove any individual from the show for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, intoxicated or under the influence of drugs, or failure to comply with the instructions of the hypnotist or show personnel.
6. Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the show is cancelled or postponed.
7. Seating and Arrival: Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Latecomers may be denied entry or seated at the discretion of the show personnel. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the scheduled show time.
8. No Recording: Recording or photographing the show, in part or in full, is strictly prohibited.
9. Liability: The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show and its affiliates will not be liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss suffered by attendees, volunteers, or anyone else during or as a result of the show. By attending the show, you agree to release The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show and its affiliates from any and all liability.
10. Health and Safety: Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety during the show. Attendees must comply with all safety regulations, including but not limited to wearing appropriate footwear, refraining from running, and keeping the aisles and exits clear.
11. Accessibility: The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show is committed to making the show accessible to all attendees. If you have any accessibility needs, please contact the show personnel in advance to make arrangements.
12. Right to Refuse Entry: The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the show for any reason, including but not limited to disruptive behavior, failure to comply with the instructions of the hypnotist or show personnel, and violation of any of the terms and conditions.
13. Intellectual Property: The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show and its affiliates own all intellectual property rights in the show, including but not limited to the name, logo, and any other materials created for or during the show. No reproduction or use of any of these materials is allowed without the prior written consent of The Jon Dee Hypnotized Comedy Show.
